I’m having trouble accessing an article. How can I get it?

Answer

Here are three different ways to access an article to which the Library subscribes:

  1. Search for the article title using the Search the Library box on our homepage.
  2. Search for the name of the journal using the eJournal search, then navigate to the necessary volume/year/issue.
  3. Use the UAL Bookmarklet to access an article behind a paywall. To get the bookmarklet, go to the Off Campus Access page and scroll down to the UAL Bookmarklet section for instructions.

If none of these strategies work, try clearing your browsers cache.

If you are still unable to access an article to which you believe we should have access, please ask us for assistance. You may need to request a copy through Interlibrary Loan if the Library does not have access.
