I’m having trouble accessing a library database. What can I do?

If you are a current U of A student or staff or faculty member, you can use library databases both on and off campus. Try accessing the database through the library website by going to Find Databases and searching for its title. You may be prompted to enter your CCID and password. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please ask us or fill out the report a problem form.
