What do I do if my CCID isn’t working?

CCIDs are managed by Information Services and Technology (IST). You can try Testing your Password or Resynchronize your Password.

If you are having issues logging in to view library resources with your CCID, you can try clearing your browser cache. If that didn't help, you can fill out the report a problem form. Someone will then contact you about resolving the problem.
